This policy also refers to data collected by your assigned Counselor or any agent of Living Your Choice. This may or may not include any other information provided by or for you, and/or provided by any other person for whom you may be seeking senior housing and/or care services.
On occasion we update this policy; therefore, we highly recommend that you check the date above whenever you visit the Sites to see whether it has been modified since your last visit. We will never disclose your name, email address or any other personal or information, except to the Communities (the Communities) in our network for the purpose you’ve requested from us or as otherwise described below under Disclosure of Personal Information.

We also use the data for other statistical, design or operational purposes. This aids us in estimating our audience size, measuring aggregate traffic patterns and understanding the changing demographic trends among our users.

We may disclose the Personal Information to the following:
Communities in our network: We may disclose your Personal Information to one or more Communities in order to facilitate the services you’ve requested. The Communities may contact you directly. We do not control how these Communities use or disclose your Personal Information.
Third-Party Providers: We may disclose, or share Personal Information to one or more third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services to us. We do not control how these third parties use or disclose your Personal Information.
Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose Personal Information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to protect our or our users’ rights, to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of, our Site; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.

You may Opt-out of any future contacts from us at any time.

9. Policy Changes
